The MITSUBA Ultra-Fine Coax Cable Production Line is responsible for the production of more micro cables that go into the hinges of mobile (cellular) phones, notebook computers, and other compact IT gadgets than any other extrusion system in the world. It is extremely easy to install as it comes on a common platform. All you have to do is make the connections to your factory's supplies. This series has been thoroughly tested in the field, insulating and jacketing ultra-fine conductors with a wide range of fluoropolymers as well as PE, PVC, etc. Due to its low tension characteristic, the MITSUBA Ultra-Fine cable and wire insulation line can also be used to make optical cables, and to cover magnet wires (winding wires) for micro transformers and other tiny devices that keep getting tinier. A test line is available at our test factory, but reservation in advance is highly recommended as this line is extremely popular. Devices that compose this line such as our non-contact direct heating type conductor Preheater, Payout (supply stand), Take-up, Belt-Wrap Capstan, and Accumulator units can be purchased individually to improve the accuracy and reduce the tension level of your current coax extrusion line. Of course, the extruder, which is available in 20mm,25mm, and 25.4mm can be ordered individually as well.
