For Tubing machines gas heating is provided only to the barrel portion and the die heating is done with existing electrical heating
The reprocessing machines we have installed the system on various sizes of machines with screw diameter from 65 mm to 110 mm. Materials being processed are LD/ PP/ HM / PP, ABS, PPCP etc. For Granule manufacturing machines, gas heating is also provided to the Die. Hence no electrical heating is required. Using inverter the machine can be heated during load shedding period and thus start using the machine as soon as the electricity is on. No change in the end product quality on these machines has been observed when compared to conventional electrical heating. The first machines was commissioned in 2004 and more than 50 machines have been converted thereafter.
The system is operator friendly. We also train the operator and maintenance staff on operation & maintenance of the RJA?Gas Heating System during installation at site.
This system replaces the existing electric band heaters fitted on the barrel and is operated on LPG. This system is fully automatic, safe and highly economical.
