JacoTech can plate and diamond turn-engrave extrusion/casting/embossing cylinders for non-imaging optical uses, such as LCD, plasma, prismatic, faux, saw tooth patterns and much more for optical
light management systems.
We can also produce lenticular engraved cylinders for extruding lenticular lens array patterns from 1 to 1000 lines per inch pitch (lpi) ; used for imaging of 3D and animated printing on direct mail, advertising and store retail displays.
Our new equipment can plate and produce engraved cylinders as large as 42" od x 177" length, with weights up to 14,000 LBS (7 tons) .
