The control system, with PLC as its center, consists of a proximity sensor, PC, a Chinese control terminal, electrical appliance for operation, etc. It is characterized by reliable function, easy operation and high automation.

        Electric control system

The whole system includes air source processing unit, electromagnetic valve, reduction valve, non-return check valve, etc. and it will be used to control the working speed, pressure of the control cylinder and press pulley and both of them can be regulated as per demands of the clients.

        Pneumatic control system

This system is composed of gas-fluid transmitter, gas-fluid supercharger, limiting valve, directional control valve, hydraulic control non-return valve, and check valve and oil cylinder. This system, under the control of electric control system, can control the glue-crushing pressure automatically, which will ensure a stable pressure within a certain work-time and range and thus achieving a normal operation of the whole unit.

  Hydraulic control system

This system includes lifting oil cylinder, sliding unit and movable supporting plate. Operation board can be moved with a certain range by using the control unit.

  Lifting system

This system includes cylinder, turning plate, positioning pulley, pressing pulley, swinging cylinder and baffle. This system can ensure a smooth pass of the spacing frames made of aluminum through the glue nozzle, which makes the glue more evenly spread

The glue assembly includes glue nozzle, base, switch shaft, regulative screw, etc. The switch shaft will be controlled by a cylinder to start and stop the gluing operation, the gluing nozzle will be used to regulate the its own gauge with the handle and to control the glue flowing with the regulative screws

The glue-crushing system consists of glue cylinder, piston, hydro cylinder, knighthead,, heating plate, left and right shoes, etc. The glue-crushing cylinder can revolve around the pivot of the hydro cylinder so that its service life is greatly elongated and the filling up of glue is made easier.

   Glue-squeezing system

The strap-driving system is mainly composed of a worm-wheel speed-reducing motor, a conveyor and a supporting pulley. It can achieve stepless regulation within the speed of 0~25m/min through a timing snob.

     JT03 butyl extruder enables melt butyl to coat the aluminum spacing frame of the insulating glass appropriately, which is designed entirely steady to make sure a stable performance during working.  Electric controller with a great touch screen is adopted to make the operation easier and more convenient ; frequency conversion timing controller is used in the aluminum  spacing frame transmission system in order to obtain the stepless speed change between 0 to 25 m/min; gas and fluid pressurizing driving system is used in the glue-squeezing system ,which makes the pressure more stable and enables the machine to save energy ; turning support equipment is adopted in glue-squeezing cylinder, making it more convenient when sealant is filled in, and improving the service life of the cylinder;  heating time within 096 hours can be arbitrarily designed provided that electricity and gas can be supplied ;the work table can be adjusted within a certain range .This machine is equipped with full functions and has a stable operation as well as superior performance ,which has reached the world-class level.
