This extrusion line adopts foreign advanced technology. It is fully automatic from the extruder to assistant machine. We only need to change some parts of the line, it is good suitable for PERT, PB
pipes.
1) Mainly used producing pipe whose raw material is main PP-R resin.
2) Man-machine interface operation, high automation.
3) Adopting special screw stem and having good plastic result.
4) Adopting compex screw machine head, effectively getting rid of remembering function of material.
5) Vacuum shaping, control in uniform temperature, getting rid of stress of pipe material.
6) Adopting commom extruding machine head, adding pipe material marking line.
