They are made of 38CrMoAlA, nitriding processed according to Germany standard. And they adopt bimetallic art.
The high speed screw is particularly designed for PP/PE.
Nitriding thickness: 0.5-0.7mm, HV: 740-940
Surface: Ra≤ 0.8um.

Barrel nitriding thickness: 0.5-0.7mm, rigidity: HV: 940, inner surface roughness: Ra≤ 1.6um. The plasticization zone of the barrel is made of Japanese materials and tempered and quenched,
