VIII. Delivery time: within 30 working days after the contract becomes effective, according to shipment voucher(according to receiving the advance payment).

V. Provide one year of free repair for the fault(s) caused by design and manufacturing quality, and supply spare parts and offer technical consultation on long-term basis.

8)      The single screw feeder: 1.5 KW motor, variable frequency speed regulation.

7)      The vented screw is a dedicated one for recycled PC, which applies high quality nitrided steel 38CrMoAlA and wholly nitrided. The nitriding depth is 0.4-0.5mm, which make sure that the material has enough thrust force and not be decomposed.

6)      The material of the barrel is 38CrMoAlA nitrided steel and wholly nitrided. The nitriding depth is 0.4-0.5mm.The barrel use special water-cooling and use stainless steel heater resistor. The barrel has 4 heater sections, temperature control instrument, high-precision digital intelligent, accurate temperature measurement and control.

5)      Reductor: the material of gear and bearings components is high strength alloy. The gear core is processed by carburized, chilling gear grinding, and so on. The precision is GB10095-88, 6- grade. The hardness of the tooth surface is HRC56-62?.
