Mirror polished and embossed rollers, diameters up to 800 mm, easily replaceable from the front.

Uniform surface temperatures across the rollers width thanks to a peculiar circulation system of cooling liquid inside the cylinders and to precise operation of own engineered thermoconditioning unit.

Rollers driven by individual motors.

Strong construction allowing high closing pressure of rollers through pneumatic or oilhydraulic systems.

• extrusion heads original construction of heads having internal conveying systems specifically engineered for top quality productions, equipped with:
• interchangeable lips for different thicknesses
• continuous thickness control systems
• wheeled frames
