1. The production line extruder adopts maintenance-free motor and reducer directly connect driving, which can efficiently prevent the regulary problems of the belt transmission, such as low efficiency, big err of the revolution, and the powder caused by the friction between the belt and the belt wheel pollutes the working-shop.
2. The production line from the mold to cutting conveying shutes, the parts which contact with the products all adopt imported 304 stainless steel materials to precisely machine and shape them. The tractor and cutting machine both adopt Japan's Mitsubishi servo motor control to ensure the speed of the traction line with high-precision and high-stability in the long run. The sink adopts water-ring type of   low-vacuum molding way to ensure the roundness and precision of tubes;
