Features:
1) Integrated with feeding system, extruder, water cooling system,
precise quality inspect system, take-up unit, winding machine and
electric control system
2) Suitable to produce soft PVC, PE, PU pipes
3) The specially designed screw can apply to a wide range of raw
materials and has a better lasticizing function and a higher output
compared with the common screws
4) The cooling system includes an unit to stabilize water pressure
5) Take-up unit is driven by a servo motor and controlled by a strong
control system
6) The winder is driven by a servo motor and the course of exchanging
double bobbins is very quick
7) The traverse pole is high precise ball screw which ensures the good
wind effect
8) The complete line works under a close-loop control system, which
