.  Terms of payment:  The contract will be valid upon receipt of 30% in advance. 70% price should be paid upon qualified trial run with materials after finished production.

.   Documents: 1 set of electric assembly drawings, 1 user's manual of single-screw extruder, 1 user's manual of speed regulator, 1 user's manual of temperature control meter.

.Installation and debugging: when the machine arrives at site, the customer should install it on the appropriate position according to the specifications provided by the supplier; and then, the supplier should send its officials to the site in order to instruct the customer about trial run and debugging. The customer should provide necessary conditions for trial run. When it runs normally, the ownership title of the machine should be transferred to the customer. And the customer should provide the user acceptance report to the supplier. The customer should provide materials for trial run, and should decide the processing conditions in trial run with consideration of the supplier's opinions.

4. Spare parts

h)    The electric control cabinet controls the temperature control system, the driving system and the interlock control system.

g)    Heating is controlled by the temperature control meter viaa  solid-state relay with high-temperature wire.

10)  Heating system

9)      Single screw stem cylinder heater is made of cast stainless steel, and is electrically heated. Its temperature is controlled by wind cooling with a fan power of 0.18KW.

8)      Temp-control meter: Japan RKC with all digital intellect high precision. Control temperature is +_1.5.

7)      The screw applies high quality nitrided steel 38CrMoAlA and wholly nitrided. The nitriding depth is 0.4-0.5mm.

6)      The material of the barrel is 38CrMoAlA nitrided steel and wholly nitrided. The nitriding depth is 0.4-0.5mm. The barrel use air-cooling and cast stainless steel.

5)      Reductor: the material of gear and bearings components is high strength alloy. The gear core is processed by carburized, chilling gear grinding, and so on. The precision is GB10095-88, 6- grade. The hardness of the tooth surface is HRC56-62?. Gearbox model:ZLGY112.

4)      Main motor: AC motor 7.5KW, SIEMENS variable-frequency regulator, which have the protection for over/short pressure. The scope of the speed regulation is 5-50HZ.
