Machine material: the parts contacting with raw material are stainless steel, the heating parts are undergone with nitriding treatment.
Production capacity: 250 --300 kg / h (normal capacity)
Installed power: the total power is 378 kw, the actual using power is just about 220kw when the machine is in operation, about 60% of the total power, the power is about100kw during the insulation time, and the practical power will be lower during the normal production time.
Power supply: 380V
Cooling water: Generally, we use cooling water for the production line, and if the effection of air temperature is small, we just need to use the cooling tower, and make a water pool with
minimum 15 tons water storage capacity, meanwhile, we need the water pump to rise the water pressure, it depend on the location of the water pool and the fixed place of the machines. And the air pressure is the atmospheric pressure or the pressure about 2kg per square centimeter (2kg/cm2)normally.
