Installation and debugging: when the machine arrives at site, the customer should install it on the appropriate position according to the specifications provided by the supplier; and then, the supplier should send its officials to the site in order to instruct the customer about trial run and debugging. The customer should provide necessary conditions for trial run. When it runs normally, the ownership title of the machine should be transferred to the customer. And the customer should provide the user acceptance report to the supplier. The customer should provide materials for trial run, and should decide the processing conditions in trial run with consideration of the supplier's opinions.

VII. Guarantee period: the equipment problem that aroused by the design or quality, the seller provide free mend for one year. (Except the damage aroused by the customers wrong operation and the wearing parts), and provide with spares and after-sales training and service in a long term.

VI. Time of delivery: 50 days after the contract becomes valid. (Accord to the cash arrived) And the equipment will be in normal operation after debugging within one week after arrival.

V. Terms of payment:  30% of total amount should be pre-paid. After this amout is paid, the contract becomes effective. When the equipment is finished, the buyer come to the sellers factory to check the equipment. 70% should be paid before the seller deliver the goods.
