This small size medical pipe extrusion line is mainly  used for producing PVC medical soft tubes,and this line can produce PP,PE tubes.The finished products are widely used in medial treatment,chemical and beverage and etc industry.This line can produce different kinds of tubes such as single strand tube,single strnd tube with color marking line dual-strand tubes with the same diameter,dual-strnd tubes with different diameters,dual-strand tubes with color marking line and etc.The min extruder and the marking line extruder are using the frequency conversion for speed adjustment.The extrusion speed is stable ,the water level and the water temperature of the water tank is automatic controlled.The haul off unit uses the belt and the pressing roller for hauling off and the haul off speed is controlled by the frequency conversion method which ensures the stable haul off speed.
