I.The motor vacuum pump is AC motor.

h.The motor of the oil pump lubrication system is AC motor.

g.Gearbox is adopted parallel tri-axial structure, combine reduction part and distribution part into together, bearings are imported SKF product.

f.Use the hand moves exchange net.

e.Copper casting heaters are used in barrels and exchange net, barrels are cooled by water.

d.Main motor of the twin-screw extruder is AC motor, imported frequency converter is used to adjust speed, screw speed is 60-600rpm.

c.Material of screw elements is high tool steel W6Mo5Cr4V2 , hardness of the face is HRC60-64, Material of the barrels is double alloy.

b.The screw elements are connected to the core axle through involute spline.

a.L/D=32-40, diameter of the screw is 21.7mm, trough deep is 3.85mm,diameter of the barrels inside hole is 22mm.

2.SHJ-20 twin-screw extruder

Motor and feeder are disigned direct-coupled, it contains horizontal mixer inside the feeding hopper. AC motor, imported frequency converter is used to adjust speed.
