YF series special-material production line is mainly used in process PVC plastics door and window materials,special-shaped material, shaped materials for decoration and others .
The unit is composed of cone double-screw-stemextruder,vacuum shaping table,hall-off machine,cutter,laminator,turning-up flame and others.According to the different profiles section and
moulds,choose different specification of cone double-screw extruders to fit.
The vacuum shaping table adopts sprcial eddy current classen to enlarge cooling system.The vacuum decides diameter to use enlarges the eddy current class cooling system specially, is advantageous
for cooling to finalize special horizontal tilt control unique three dimensional adjustment control. According to the different moulds and shaping table, choose 4m,6m,8m,10m and others,t meet
requirment of high output.
The tractor uses the unique fluctuation technology ,high and low caterpillar band back pressure control. The cutters move speed keep with the tractor.It can automatic cut in limited site and it
has powder recycle device.
The unit has advantage,such as new style,sensible structure,and convenient operation.
