*Board or sheet Product Downstream Line:
*Extruder: Appropriate single-screw extruder (exhaust or not) should be chosen on the basis of raw materials processed. Specially designed screw and advanced
temperature controlling system ensure high plasticization, max output and stable extruding.
*Auto Screen changer and Extrusion mould: The auto screen changer of hydraulic system ensures the short course of screen changing
without material-leakage. Coat-hanger form flat DIE are widely used to regulate flow-distribution and guarantee even thickness of sheets.
*Three-roller calender: Inclined and vertical three-roller calender should be chosen according to the thickness of the sheets.
This sheet production is able to continuously extrude single-layer or multi-layer PP/PE/ABS/PMMA/PET sheet/board .
