Function separation allows operation control flexibly. The first compounding twin-screw extruder runs at a high speed for good mixing and high output capacity. As no feedback pressure, over-heating
and over-shearing can be avoided. The flowing equipment must be a larger diameter. The single extruder runs at a low speed. The screw inner cooling system can avoid the melt to be over-heated.
