TWINJET 5.5 adopts a linear guide rail driving architecture, XY axis grating positioning and lightweight and rigid rack, including 16-line ink feeding system, front and back platform heating, air suction, waste ink collection system, front and back paper rolling, 8-fan air drying system, etc. Its weight is merely 160KG, achieving the balance between structural rigidity and compactness.
Achieve high-speed transfer and cluster operation, thus quickening your daily work speed. TWINJET 5.5 standard configuration supports fully functional iPRINT3 RIP software featured by standard ICC color management.
Random fuzzy dotting technology can solve the line drawing and white strip caused due to the blocking of nozzles, which are often seen with other inkjet printers and have obsessed producers. Now, TWINJET 5 can overcome this problem.
TWINJET 5.5 distinguishes itself from the piezoelectric inkjet printers of other manufacturers on the market. Advanced graded Pass combination technology effectively eliminates the frequent white background or overlapping problems (called Pass strip) caused due to bidirectional mechanical travels during production, increase the rate of finished products and save your costs.

Mode The single PASS printing breadth of TWINJET 5.5 reaches 2 inches, while that for common micro piezoelectric printer is only 1 inch. The printing speed of TWINJET 5 reaches up to 50m2/h (production mode).
Depending on different output types, variable ink drop technology can generate 3 kinds of micron ink drops in different sizes. Ink size is freely optional between 3.5pl-21pl.Achieve a pretty, fine, smooth and particle-free tone transition. In conjunction with RIP software, variable ink drop technology makes this printer even highly applied in appreciation field for flawless quality. Adopt the new-type micro piezoelectric print head with a resolution of 1440dpi. Each print head has 1440 nozzles. Two print heads are in parallel. The total number of nozzles is 2880. Dual four-color mode. Achieve single-color coverage of 2-inch printing area per travel while providing high precision.
