MMI-EL1400 Automatic Four-colour Gravure Printing Machine

Main Applications:

MMI-EL1400 is mainly used for printing various material rolls of decorative paper. It is especially suitable for printing grainy facings such as flooring, furnituring, fireproofing etc. Using water based ink or oil based ink will both achieve a satisfying printing effect. It is also suitable for printing materials like polyster paper, transfer printing paper, pvc, aluminium foil etc.

Characteristics:

1. The first and fourth colour groups have the function of paper coating. Separate frequency-converting engine and linkage control box makes printing different diameters gravure cylinders online available.

2. Double shafts tower structure material whirling stand loading or collecting materials. High speed non-stop material cutting/connecting.

3. Six parts tension control of the production process which guarantees a low rejection rate.

4. Touchable screen human-machine interface controls by programmable PLC.

5. Automatic computer register and still picture printing quality checking up device.

6. Shaft-less type installation, strengthened clamp makes high speed movement more stable and reliable.

7. Adjustable pneumatic printing pressure and double steady pneumatic doctor blades design makes it more suitable for wood grain printing.

8. Unique oven design, double-sided heat preservation, waste heat recyclable rate up to 30% and automatic temperature control.

9. Customised heating options: electric, hot oil, steam, gas.

10. Enhanced heavy-duty machine body that made of high intensity cast iron has been processed by artificial aging to avoid transformation.

11. Main parts of the machine and control parts are made by famous overseas or Chinese companies.
