Beside printing on ceramics a nearly unlimited range of special applications such as printing on glass, wood and other materials. Its easy operation and low energy consumption make the CTG digital ceramic printer an efficient and flexible machine for direct and transfer printing. When changing applications no more machine cleanings or colour changes are required. New designs, formats and colours can be printed immediately without any mechanical adjustments or printing tests. They are available as monochrome or full colour machines, guarantee the highest available print quality and allow an economical production from the first piece on. A layer thickness of 20 Micrometer (0,02mm) assures perfect results which are equal to the ones of screen printing machines. The toner based CTG digital ceramic printers are the first machines in the market that can print directly on bisk and/or fired tiles. Beside that the production of high quality decals is possible. |
