1. The number of pallet station more than the circular type screen printing machine: in order to achieving a perfect printing process for the variety of the printing technique, kinds of chemicals, temperature and drying conditions (such as pigment, rubber paste, plastisol, silicon etc, and foaming, high density, discharge printing, etc. sometime the number of pallet station is become to the important point, due to the limited quantity of the pallet station on circular type screen printing machine, it is difficult to success some printing process. It is the reason that we have focused our attention on the research and development of ellipse screen printing machine. Undoubtedly, the ellipse printing machine can be extended more pallet stations than circular type printing machine, and be met the requirements of the streamlined printing process and high production capacity.
2. Expandable design: after purchasing our ellipse screen printing machine, the customer may increase the number of pallet stations, and halfway dryer for expanding the printing machine to meet the requirement of the printing procedure.
3. One machine running as multiple production line to increasing the production effect: if the customer has purchased our ellipse printing machine with more pallet stations and printing stations (more color), and if they need to print less color only. Then, they may use this machine running as two or more printing machine to increase the production capacity.
