3. Components:
The machine is assembled by the bags feeding platform, bags feeding auto correction system, printing unit, auto ink circulation system, infrared dryer, bags sides turn-over unit, bags collection unit, bags forwarding & conveyor unit and the electronic control system.
Sensors detecting system detecting the bag feeding condition & controlling the aniloxes and printing rollers: Auto lifted in empty bag condition & auto pressed in bag feeding condition.
Bags feeding auto correction system: Twice correction in bags feeding
Auto ink circulation system by pneumatic dissepimental pumps, infra dryer drying and power on/off synchronizing with main motor
Controlled by human-machine-interface (him) touching monitor & plc programmable controller, data configuring, adjusting, displaying and recording on monitor.
Bags stacking quantity configuring at will & conveying once the stacked quantity archived.
