Features of the DPS include knocking up of each set/sheet as it is fed into the unit giving a tidy stack which allows easier handling later.  When the DPS is full, it sends a stop signal to the up-line machine to prevent overflowing.  Then the pallet can easily be removed by use of a pallet truck.

Sheets are fed into the DPS and the pallet/loading table gently lowers to the floor as it fills.

The Col-Tec Deep Pile Stacker is used to stack paper and other items onto a pallet. Especially useful for larger sizes, for stacking collated posters for example, the DPS unit can be made to the customer's exact requirements.

The Col-Tec Deep Pile Stacker is used with printing/finishing equipment to stack collated sets onto a pallet.
