Main features

Coating pan has 6 discreate perforated areas provided along the cylinderical wall, Each perforated area is air tight by the suction duct. When each perferated area comes to the predetermined angular position during the pan rotation, the rearsuction duct becomes to communicate with the exhaust conduit. This execellent design construction guarantees very high heat efficiency. It provides the shorter drying time. Furthermore the high quality of coating is promised.

Pan construction with air tight cover

Plate type detachable baffles(6pcs)are provided on the inside wall of pan. While the coating pan is rotated, the mass of tablet are scatterd and fall down like cascade by the baffles. The hot air passes through the falling tableta and it causes air shower effect. This effect assures sliding tablets and eventually elegant coating.

Air shower effect

Very efficient spray gun guarantees the particle delicte and increases coating efficiency. The fine spray also fives a uniform spray coverage of coating solution. All those bring shorter drying, saving coating solution, reduction of deffects and even higher quallity of coating.

This is discharge system which is side in front of Mouse Ring as revera rotation from turn right, The running of Agitator is done by Air Motor.
