The UV Curing Mini Conveyor meets the needs of research engineers in search of intense ultraviolet energy for diverse applications: This irradiation system incorporates an elliptically focused heat sink reflector with a 6" (152 mm) arc length lamp powered at 300 watts per linear inch. It is centrally located with an exhaust cooling fan. Change the lamp simply by lifting the top cover of the irradiator with side extrusions; the shielding remains stationary. The conveyor system is constructed of enameled aluminum with a 10" (255 mm) wide Nomex coated fiberglass conveyor belt. A solidstate variable speed control enables accurate adjustment to cure at various speeds depending on coating characteristics
