         The automatic pigment supplying and recycling system guarantees the reutilization and steady viscosity of pigment, which finally ensure a high coating quality.

         A height-adjustable carrying roller is respectively installed in the front and back of the coating roller, which, according to different leather, can change the wrapping angle between leathers in working area and the coating roller, so as to obtain more satisfactory coating quality.

         Working thickness (coating clearance) of the machine is controlled automatically and shows its figures on the control panel (precision 1/100mm). With the help of manual adjusting hand wheel, the parallelism between coating roller and rubber roller can be directly and very easily adjusted.

         The Blade carrier is controlled by pneumatic device, automatically advancing and retreating. The pressure between the blade and roller is adjustable. An automatic axial movement device is equipped on the doctor blade carrier with adjustable swing frequency. This remarkably enhances the coating effect.

         Three coating rollers for different purposes are equipped on the automatic pneumatic roller-changing shelf, so rollers can be changed conveniently and quickly. The roller shelf can safely stop in the present position in case of emergency, such as power off, air supply interruption in the process of changing rollers.

         The motor reducer of the machine directly couples the rollers and shaft and with the help of the electrical frequency control. This driving system enables the machine to run steadily and smoothly so as to avoid vibration, a crucial problem existing in traditional machines. The speeds of rubber roller and coating roller are indicated and adjusted on the control panel(m/min), which is visualized and convenient.

         This machine is professionally designed for coating artificial and synthetic leather. It can meet different requirements in leather finishing process, including bottom coating, surface coating, re-dye and printing etc through both synchro and reverse coating. Besides it can work both collaboratively and independently.
