UV Exposure Unit

Just put the artwork and sachet in the clamp, wait for the polymer to flatten, then expose under the UV lights on one side, then turn the clamp to do the other side.  Open the sachet, wash away any remaining liquid, put in a water and salt solution for a few minutes to post expose, then your printing plate is ready.  If making stamps, cut them up and sell individually or, if making craft stamps, package with a printed acetate of your design in a display bag, ready to sell.

This is an incredibly economical yet high quality exposure unit with 4 UV bulbs.  It comes with an A4 sized acrylic, magnetic clamp which is fitted with imagebright, a special filter to enable the user to make very detailled images without over exposing the plate.  The clamp compresses artwork and imagepac or xtra polymer sachets perfectly.
