Incorporating Dynamic Variable Dot Imaging, the latest development in piezoelectric
drop on demand technology, the Falcon II can independently adjust the size of the ink droplets produced by each of its nozzles on the fly. The result is finer detail and smoother gradients in highlight areas and crisp colors in the mid tones
and shadows, without impacting productivity.
You never have to sacrifice speed for precision, because the Falcon II sails along with a throughput up to 430 sf/hour at 360x360 dpi. A full color poster can be printed in less than 45 secondsa 3x5 foot vinyl banner in less than two minutes
The Falcon II product line includes the Hi Productivity Falcon II 64  and 87 inch models. The Hi Productivity models utilize eight piezoelectric print heads to generate 4 , 6 , or 8 color print speeds of over 400 square feet per hour and while reducing or eliminating banding that is commonly seen on wide format inkjet printers when printing at high speeds. Hi Productivity mode is also available on the standard Falcon II 50 and 64 inch via KCMYx2 ink loading. Whether you choose the standard Falcon II or the Hi Productivity model, the Falcon II line sets the standard for print on demand fine art reproduction, high resolution photo enlargement, posters and exhibit graphics.
Designed for maximum versatility, the Falcon II offers seven different ink configurations of dye or pigment ink to meet every printing need. You can even load pigment and dye ink simultaneously, instantly switching from one ink type to the other Combined with Mutohs ISIS Print Manager RIP software, ISIS Media and Dynamic Variable Dot Imaging technology, the Falcon II prints four, six, or eight color jobs with speed and precision producing the ultimate in near continuous tone reproduction.
