Union Continuous Flexo Plate making Machine:

Curing machine:
Its pre-curing system secures the dry condition of the plate entering and leaving the machine, and avoids plate-makers contacting with the plate printing room. Its unique air passage design allows the temperature increases quickly and drying well-proportioned.

Exposure machine can be installed as an integrated continuous machine with plates of UNFLEX 1500 or lower in breadth Devices for exposureremoving adhesive and curing  that are all installed in the drawers so that this type of machine is highly integrated and takes minimum space. When the breadth is UNFLEX 1500 or higher, the machine can be together with the SE or RZB-I plate curing machines.

It is of environment protection design, no peculiar gas in plate room.

Solvents are divided into two types, one for washing plate, and the other for cleaning. It has circulatory spraying and adjustable liquid temperature.
