The moist roller is composed of two oak rubber rollers one high while the other is low, paper is guided by the carrying roller, before the oak rubber roller is the spray header, under the roller is the water trough for excess water, the upper roller is controlled by air cylinder which rises and falls on a paper carrying roller that controls the speed of the paper flow.

Paper Wetting Machine has the ability to determine the correct amount of moisture need for each paper process. It will moisten the rotary web press, to improve the flexibility and plasticity, and then roll into a paper tube for using under the procedures, such as super calendar and so on.
Paper Wetting Machine has the ability to process any paper type, for example: Fruit bag paper, industrial used electric capacity mouth paper, high light paper, onionskin paper, food packing paper, medical packing paper,etc. This machine is also exceptional at processing firecracker packing paper.
The Paper Wetting Machine comes with a paper frame, moist roller and rolled paper installment composition and loaded with a voice activated magnet powder system.
