Screens
* Print ink films from 6 to 55 microns thick.
* Screen mounting fixture included.
* A set of end rings is required for every repeat length. End rings are inexpensive and re-usable.
* Patented screen welding system available for in house screen production.

Screen Head
* Minimum print repeat: 12 inches
* Maximum print repeat: 24 inches
* A light weight screen cassette assures precise screen mounting and simplifies screen changes. Set up and clean up can all be done off press. A second screen cassette can be added for quick job change-overs.
* The squeegee arm features a pneumatic control to set precise and even squeegee pressure. Automatic back-off prevents screen deformation when the press is idle.
* Programmable ink flow control supplies ink to the screen and automatically adjusts flow to match press running speed. Peristaltic ink pump included.
* UV curing system included- 400 watt per inch lamp with control and exhaust.

Drive
* An independent servo motor drives the screen.
* All screens are driven by the same master gear- no gears required for different repeat lengths.
* Infinitely variable print repeats are programmable- not restricted to gear pitch increments.
* Operator friendly touch screen control, just enter print repeat and go.
