Top of its class
Next to its top features the K50 also offers impressively high levels of automation. The only manual steps are inserting the cylinder and any lubrication required. All other steps are activated using tried-and-tested one-button operation. The K50 is extremely efficient thanks to its innovative conical mount for hollow and shaft cylinders, two feed speeds for setup and patented sequential engraving. The reliability of day-to-day production is further enhanced by the digital engraving amplifier and the fact that concentricity requirements for cylinders are not particularly demanding.

Operation made easy
The K50 is operated using a touchscreen and keyboard. The Windows PC and monitor are integrated in the device. The K50 takes the job data from the job ticket and engraves from standard TIFF data. This ensures standardized production, including the possibility of being able to accurately reproduce each cylinder. During engraving, a display keeps the operator informed of the time remaining. The software is also multilingual operators can choose from English, German, French, Italian, Spanish and Chinese.
