What is the Triplex?
Triplex is a laminated glass with a graphic film, which is between two glasses. Production process: the workpiece is placed in a laminating furnace, the furnace creates Vakum and glass with a graphic film baked at a temperature of 200 degrees. After all, laminated glass edges are polished. If you need to drill holes in glass, its boring glass before placing it in the oven. Possible laminated glass thickness is from 4mm. up to 50mm. The graphic film can be printed in any design.The customer can submit his own picture. There is a possibility to laminate wallpaper and fabric.
Triplex can be used in production of furniture. As a filler it is used in sliding, pull-apart, folding and pivot door manufacturing. Laminated glass is used to produce tables surfaces, in the manufacture of kitchen, office, children's room, bedroom furniture. Also as a decorative element in the manufacture of other furniture.
