Technical specifications: Due to the vacuum inside the drum, the suspension is sucked onto the drum to form a starch cake. The cake gets thicker along with the rotary of the drum. Then the cake is removed by a scraper which position can be adjusted. The scraper blade is made of hard alloy. The rotary speed of the drum is adjustable. A agitator is installed inside the trough to prevent starch settling to the bottom. The vacuum filter is equipped with a high pressure spraying system, so its very easy to clean. |
