Automatic Vacuum Mixing System

The vacuum preparing system is made of 316L stainless steel,and equipped with Siemens PLC automatic control system and man-machine operating system. So, the system, completed with such functions as automatic dosing feeding, automatic discharging, automatic temperature control,etc., is an idea system for vacuum mixing and preparing fruit or vegetable jam.

The vacuum preparing system is applied for the mixing and preparing of such heat sensitive viscous materials as tomato ketchup, jam, and vegetable juice. The boiling point of the material will be decreased obviously with the vacuum increment, which can make the material mix quickly and effectively, reduce the loss from heat sensitive nutrient, and prevent the material from changing color. Meanwhile, the free gas, micro-foam,and the dissolved gas can be released with high efficiency,which can make the prepared material satisfy with the products concentration guide,as well as take such advantages as delicate appearance,nice quality,and so on.
