OPERATION
All Blenders are efficient and versatile blending for mixing and lubrication process of dry granules/powders homogeneously for various kinds of products. Two third of the volume of the Blender is filled to ensure proper mixing. The Blender gives best result for granules due to very slow speed and due to its shape. It can be used for Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical and Cosmetic products etc.
    Shape of the blender can be selected by the customer as per requirement and product nature. Blending mainly depends on nature of the material loaded, shape, and baffles. The shape of the blender and baffles provided ensures uniform and through blending, hence requirement of RPM is less.

    Maximum care has been taken to ensure safe operation of the unit.
    Manual rotating facility with hand wheel for inching.
    Considered safety in Man, Material, and machine interface.
    All moving components are guarded suitably.
    Control panel displays the time of run and RPM of the blender and Amps taken by the blender.
OPTIONAL
    Flame proof drive motor along with flame proof starter.
    Vacuum Loading facility for material charging.
    Cylindrical container with cone for material charging, along with Hydraulic trolley.
    Direct coupled geared motor to the blender.
    VFD control and PLC.
