SpaceFeeder separates and aligns flexible packets which have been emptied into a bulk  hopper and onto intelligent roller sections. This in turn allows packages to be transferred equidistantly and with precise phasing into a downstream packaging process.

SpaceFeeder automates what has until now been an unachievable process for cartons and multi bag operations. It fills the required need for handling products such as bags, which do not have a permanent shape and cannot be separated successfully. Manual handling stations are not cost effective but have been the only solution to align individual packets manually or arrange them in a different shape before being fed into a packaging machine.

SpaceFeeder can provide up to three hundred products per minute at the transfer point. This forcefully  demonstrates the savings potential that SpaceFeeder offers for supplying high performance production lines. Despite the high speed, packages are barely subjected to any mechanical stress. The elevating conveyor and other conveyor belts are optimized to transport products gently.
