DE - LINTING MACHINE

The simple usage maintance and high level safety is the biggest advantage of  this machine, which we use the high quality and long life materials, bearings&linter blanks.

De-linting Machine can be used in facilities in 3 different style, 1st cut and 2nd cut and overall (common) cut.

Material is feed in the machine by a feeder system control by an electric motor equipped with an variable speed drive control panel. And also a magnetic protection system against the metallic particles is existent.

There are two hydraulic systems on the machine which helps us to open the front panel of the machine and take the blanks out the machine.

This shaving is done by the linter blanks which are existent in the machine and which needs to be sharpened periodically.

Also these lint has an economical value after cleaned and baled which is an extra earning for the investor.

This shaving operation has the advantage of geting less residual oil inside the cake and so more oil during pressing the cotton seed.
