The MY 2014 coating cabin is used for covering any confectionary centers such as peanuts, raisins, etc with chocolate or chocolate like masses. It is quipped with PLC and monitoring system which the operator can control machine manually or automatic.
MY 2014 can be equipped with different conveyor belts depending on the product. The steel wire belt guarantees good ventilation of the product, which can shorten the coating period. The plastic belt reduced any possible strain on the products and is used for fragile centers. The chocolate in fed by a heated nuzzle tube .The nuzzles are closed with cleaning needles to prevent the nuzzles from clogging.
The large number of nuzzles across the working width guarantees an even distribution of the chocolate. MY 2014 is equipped with inverter to control the sped of the machine for different product
