SEED CONDITIONER

in other words for changing the properties of the materials to be processed in such way that the oil can be easier extracted.Seed conditioners are composed of one or more stages, each stage consisting of 1 heating drum with incorporated agitator. As the individual stages are manufactured, in such a way that it is possible to arrange as many of them as is needed to comply with required heating capacity, one above the other. The material is fed into the topmost heating drum by an infinitely-variable speed dosing screw. The heating drums are double- walled so that they are suitable for heating with steam up to an over pressure of 10bar.
