Following the trends in technology area, Pecon is established as a confident partner in performance of equipment based on Clean Room technology. Clean Room is a working area where delicate equipment is protected by temperature and humidity control against any contamination.

As some technological processes are performed under condition that the equipment, the executors and the space are clean, there is a necessity of protecting the area from the influence of the environment. For that purpose, we mount and deliver a Clean Room around the technological equipment according to HACCAP and GMP standards. We can provide you with a Clean Room, depending on technological equipment, space and the stage of space purity.

A Clean Room is made out of panels protected by stainless material of different quality, with mineral wool fill or polyurethane mass fill. Depending on the dimensions, a Clean Room can be selfstanding with panels or fixed with steel construction. Doors and windows are standardly dimensioned and can easily be built into the panel (acording to DIN 4102-1/class B1).

Heating, cooling, ventilaton and humidity control is accomplished by:

• Belonging chamber conditioning
• Pipeline dissolution
• Air distributors and filters of different classes (depending on the claim for space purity)
  
  System of heating, cooling and ventilation of the space ensures 10-20 air exchanges through filters. Recuperation of used and fresh air is achievable by recuperators (directly or indirectly).
  
  Depending on the steps of the technological procedure (production, washing of equipment, termination of production...) with the help of a built-in electro equipment and automatics, PLC and operating panel, it is possible to manage the equipment in different regimes.
  
  
  System of managing ensures:
• A constant over-pressure (there is no possibility of air penetrating from the environment to the clean space)
• Volatility of managing variables (recuperation, temperature, humidity, over-pressure)
• Choice of a working program for the heating system, cooling and ventilation system, depending on the technological step
• Alarming insufficiency of the over-pressure in the space
• Alarming deviation from the defaulted temperature
• Alarming according to need - increasement of concentration of any media in the space (depending on technology).
