- Spit is moved through fitting its gear into cast iron endless thread which is fixed on transmission shaft, made in 1020 SAE drawn steel with 5/8 diameter, mounted on baker side through four aluminum bearings with bronze bush.
- Spits made in 1020 SAE drawn steel, diameter of 1/2", with hardwood cables and aluminum gear.
- Monophase motor of 1/4HP with rotation of 1,750rpm, with optional voltage (110V or 220V)
- Infrared burners with consumption of 0.190Kg/h (each), which achieves heat capacity of 2,250kcal/hr
- Valve with GLP flow control for each two burners with two flame degrees
- Below baker there is a stamped movable slide valve with 1 liter capacity for collecting waste that drains through a hole placed at equipment floor.
- Two removable slip doors made in 5mm tempered glass provided with a bakelite handle (each)
- Thermal isolation in rockwool blanket with thickness of 25 mm
- Bakers provided with spits and hooks mounted in steel balls with high regulation screw that makes displacement easier.
- Internal finishing totally fire enameled, when the back and the floor are with sprinkled enamel (self-cleaning type).
- External finishing in Stainless Steel AISI 430
