Semolina Purifier has been used for the operation of cleaning the material mixed with the flour from the screens and their classifying. Operating system consists of 2 pieces of vibrate motor and
one suction fan. The product with adjustable flow rate has been distributed evenly on the screen inside by means of a baffle. Screening process has been realized with two or three layered telero.
Machine is driven by vibrate- motor. With aero dynamic air channel and air adjusting throttling valve, equal vacuum is created on whole screen surface. The products with enlarged adhering surface
such as bran etc. are remained in suspense by vacuum, separated from the product and sucked from suction fan connection The product made free of bran (semolina) has been classified according to its
grain size thanks to the screens. The desired amount of air can be adjusted by air throttling valves existing on the machine. The most important point in the semolina plants are providing
sufficient amount of air and fully adjusting of the ends of vibrate motors. Unless these adjustments are carried out, coming material is not screened
