According to the dough specification of cake, it is manufactured in double rotation . Mixing impeller is made of from CrNi 304 stainless steel material and body is coated with CrNi AISI 304.
Supporting bodies are made of cast iron. Dough basin can be tumbled over with hydraulic system, so dough can be discharged easily to the to the dough discharge tank. Mixing period and machine
equipment are controlled by P.L.C control
