Transforming Cutters series are designed for different restaurants in cutting vegetables and meats. They are good because restaurants need not to buy different bigger machines
instead they need to buy only the cutting heads. The power unit is using American No. 12 or 22 mincers main body then insert the required cutters for various cutting jobs. Eachcutter will be well
packed by plastic box for easy storage. Just buy what is needed. The advantage of these cutters is easy to use, clean,store, maintain, & hygeinic. The costs will be lot more cheaper if compared
buying larger machines. It is also good for making full use of the these cutters and power unit.
It is not economical to use single function cutting machine because it uses one or two hours per week. The idle time is too long.
Transforming cutting machine is something like the computer, just plug-in The required blades set for the required cutting of food.
*For meat, we have strip cutting, stirfry cutting, mincing, tenderizing, Schnitzel cutting.
