Bakery Deck Oven

Consist of four strores. The floor of the oven made of special stone. This stone is strong for strokes. Equipped with steam system which steams both 4 stores and Fermentation Compartment separately. Baking temperature and baking period is controlled automatcally. Bread is baked on stone floor. It is possible to load three palettes for each store.

Ekonomizes fuel compared with similar ovens. It can be operated on natural gas, diesel and electric. Design with door locking system which minimize the defects. Door-mecanism helps to prevent leaking out the steam. It can be operated between 260-280C temperature. Baking period is completed in 18-19 minutes. Equipped steam system which gives steam to breads. Steam system capacity is increased twice. There for in production, breads come out bright and soft.
