Ultrasonic vibration sieve

Principle of work:

Ultrasonic vibration screen filter is a new product that combined the ultrasonic generator and vibration sieve. The principle is to replace the common motor by a 35KHZ high-frequency motor; than convert the electric energy to mechanical energy by using supersonic oscillator which installed on the edge of screen. This can make the machine keep a continuous vibration that can not be seen by unaided eye. Under the use of ultrasonic vibration, the materials will keep suspending on screen thus to make the separation of micro powder become easy.

This machine is widely used for bulk capacity separation in super micro powder, micro powder, and special materials. It can be used in food, pharmacy, chemicals, grinding compound, ceramic, mining, paint, metallurgy and electric industries...
