ZHYP-A liquid roller coater (pellet chamber door coating) adopts computer to automatically monitor parameters such as capacity, coating amount and pressure, and realizes PID closed loop adjustment on the system. The accurately metered high-pressure liquid (nutritive substances such as oil, fat, amino acid and vitamin) is mixed with pellet feed according to the set value on PLC after being atomized through the imported special nozzles, thus greatly improving the quality of pellet feed. It is mainly used for liquid coating inside the pellet chamber door.
