Available models are electrical and gas. Gas versions can be operated either with LPG or natural gas. The product is constructed from AISI 304 Cr-Ni stainless steel sheet and has sufficient qualities to meet all professional expectations in respect of quality, hygiene safety and long life. Frying pan is constructed from stainless steel to be hygienic and to get maximum productivitiy. By construcitng a good isolation, temperature losses are reduced to a minimum level. In case of lifting the pan while the unit is running system stops automaticly.Tilting bratt pans are avaliable in our 650,750 and 900 series including 50lt, 80lt, 100lt,130lt options.
